FLOWER AND PRODUCE SHOW- 5th JULY, 2008

There were 65 classes in competitions with something for everyone to try for, including best fruit and vegetable classes, painting, tapestry, natural wood sculpture, photography and cut flowers. The award for the best in show went to Susan Paul for her delightful display around a candle in Class 20. Susan also scooped the prize for the best photograph of feet! Quite a feat!

  • Rosemary Daniels- The Bugler Cup for the best rose exhibit.
  • Sandy Adderley for the Cracroft Challenge Cup for the best flower other than roses.
  • Sandy Adderley- The Gordon Knight Cup for the best pot plant.
  • Susan Paul - The Flower Arranger Trophy.
  • Joan Allan- Knightsmith Trophy (preserves)
  • Helen Wilde- The Mallinson Cup for handicraft.
  • Susan Paul - for the Photography Cup.
  • Elaine Colbert - The Millennium Trophy for the best art exhibit.
